The New Conrod
The New Conrod is the London Douglas Motor Cycle Club’s members’ magazine, named after ‘The Conrod’, the factory’s original magazine from 1926. The New Conrod was introduced after WWII, originally as a hand-typed newsletter, and it has evolved over the years into a glossy colour magazine. It contains member’s letters, historical and technical articles, regional and national event reports, social calendars, Club contact details, for sale and wanted advertisements, and more. Published six times a year, ‘NCR’ is one of the many benefits of membership. For those who like to archive their publications, binders are available from the Club’s Regalia Secretary.
