Owners of 2.3/4 hp models will be interested to learn that a range of parts for these models is available from the RacingNorton website https://racingnorton.co.uk/
Do not be deterred by the name of the site – the proprietor, Paul Norman, is the owner of a Douglas 2.3/4 hp machine and has developed these parts in the course of restoring his own machine.
The RacingNorton site also features many other parts useful to Douglas owners, including magneto and carburettor spares.

Brilliant. I knew it wouldn’t take long for someone to get a CNC machine on the go.
Endless potential with 3D to make parts previously unachievable for restoration. Lazer has revolutionised parts manufacture.

Hi Winston. The Club website does not deal with used spares, but there are a couple of avenues you might try. If you are a member of the LDMCC, an advertisement in the Club’s journal might work. You could also try the Douglas Forum http://www.douglasmotorcycles.net which is a great source of help and information.

Hi Folks, this came up while searching Google for something else – thank you , LDMCC and Andy, that is very kind. Actually, as I write this (Dec 2022), I know we are running out of many parts for the Douglas models. However, don’t despair – the last year has definitely seen an increased interest in this model (well from our perspective anyway!). As my daughter and I run the business on our own . . . I cannot work at the speed of bigger business’s – but I am intending to make new batch’s of parts currently showing out of stock on our catalog – (our main business – Norton parts backlog permitting!) . . . so if you are not sure if we will have a part showing out of stock as available in near future . . . email us at sales@racingvincent.co.uk, my daughter will check with me and I can let you know (only so many hours in the day etc etc)
best wishes
Paul
